I booked the hotel room for my father so it would be convenient for him to get me from the airport early the next morning. There is free parking which was very important.He said that the hotel was very nice and classy, the room very comfortable with a bed one would want to stay in all day :D He said the food was very good too, with a large breakfast selection. It's very close to the airport so very convenient, yet my father said he couldn't hear a single noise from the planes so that's really awesome!

Bed comfortable, separated toilet and bathroom was handy because there were 4 of us in a room so one could use toilet whilst other used bathroom. WiFi signal was very good Staff we very friendly and hand good command of the English language Ample parking space, spacious lobby area with mini library and interactive games for kids. The restaurant food was good and staff were very freindly and helpful

The breakfast and dinners were excellent especially the barbecue weekend and sangria in the house. The pool was very clean, they offered towels and its open from 9am to 9pm in the evening. The room was spacious enough for a family of three although maybe a little squeezed for big family but it was perfect for us.

The staff were all incredibly friendly and kind. We booked last minute when dealing with an emergency that derailed our travel plans, and we had to alter our reservation. They were helpful, understanding, and compassionate.

The hotel is family friendly. There’s swimming pool, tennis court, ping pong tables. There’s also small library, some games for kids, tv beside reception. You can take breakfast which I really recommend as you will find anything you like and it’s really tasty.

I got what I expected which is what I like when staying at Novotel. Nice comfort food at the restaurant. Also enjoyed the electric chargers as my car is 100% electric.

Quite quiet. Swimming pool and large secure car park. not far from the tramway.

We stayed for one night, it had tea and coffee making facility in the room. The bed was large and comfy. The air conditioning was reasonably quite, however, not very effective.
